Products and Orders
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and prices. Minor differences in colour or packaging may occur. All orders are subject to product availability and verification. We may cancel an order containing incorrect information, pricing errors, or unavailable products.
Payments
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Available payment methods and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Customers must provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is 2–4 business days within Karachi and 3–7 business days for other areas. Remote locations may require additional time.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before fulfilment or dispatch. Cancellation may not be possible after dispatch. Additional delivery charges may apply to refused, uncollected or undeliverable parcels.
Exchanges and Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery. Approved exchanges must be requested within 7 days, with photographs and original packaging. Please review our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.

Customers must follow all product instructions and warnings. London Shine is not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or use on unsuitable materials or surfaces.

Liability
To the extent permitted by law, London Shine is not responsible for indirect losses, courier delays, third-party service interruptions, or damage resulting from incorrect product use.
